      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the comprehensive leadership and commercial activities for assigned key accounts
      - Develop and present strategic and annual business plans to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Experience in the post-consumer recycled resin or sustainable plastics industry strongly preferred
      - High level of business communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Strong negotiating, interpersonal, and analytical skills
