      Chief Buildings is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Assistant provides administrative support to customers, Sales, Marketing, and other departments when necessary. This position is responsible for managing social media posts, producing graphic design work, editing videos, and copywriting .

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Manage social media postings and assist Marketing Coordinator with social media campaigns.
      • Assist Marketing Coordinator with copywriting and graphic design needs.
      • Maintain photo library and enhance photo submissions.
      • Prepare and fulfill requests for literature, promo items, and samples.
      • Support HR with employee recruitment campaigns.
      • Manage inventory levels of brochures, color chips, and other collateral.
      • Assist with Builder School planning and preparation and other events as required .

      Education:

      • High School Diploma, or GED, required.
      • Bacheloru2019s degree , preferred .

      Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

      • Minimum two yearsu2019 marketing support experience
      • Working knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Suite) and Canva
      • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems preferred .
