      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly to inbound leads, ensuring no qualified lead goes unworked
      - Qualify prospects based on fit, urgency, and intent to purchase
      - Convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities with seamless handoffs to Account Executives
      - Maintain accurate CRM records with detailed notes and dispositions
      - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to enhance lead quality and conversion rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (tech/SaaS preferred)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to manage high volume with precision and quality
      - Demonstrated coachability and growth mindset
      - Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience qualifying inbound leads or working in B2B SaaS
      - Familiarity with pipeline metrics (SQL, SAL, MQL) and conversion funnels
      - Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
      - Curiosity about sales strategy and buying behavior
      - Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment
