What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team
- Engage engineering leaders through cold outreach with a target of 60+ activities per day
- Shape and manage targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Spark interest in the employer's solutions through compelling storytelling
- Analyze outreach performance and refine the SDR playbook
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in outbound activities within a B2B SaaS environment
- Track record of overachieving sales quotas for multiple quarters
- Ability to pitch complex technical solutions, preferably with experience in AI or engineering automation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and cold outreach tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Resilience and a growth mindset when faced with rejections
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation
- Familiarity with tools like Clay and Aircall
