What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed revenue goals within assigned prospective and target accounts through aggressive prospecting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities at the enterprise level
- Present unique selling propositions to all buying roles during the sales process
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the employer's applications and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business schooling is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience at the enterprise level, specifically to media, broadcasting, or sports organizations
- Proven track record in selling software (SaaS), digital, or high-technology products and services
- Strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in office software and CRM tools, preferably SalesForce.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sports technology sales
- Familiarity with the specific needs and dynamics of sports organizations
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas consistently
- Positive attitude with a high level of emotional intelligence
- East coast location preferred
