      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect healthcare professionals through various channels, including calls, texts, emails, and social media
      - Interview and qualify Travelers to match them with appropriate assignments
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful placements
      - Provide ongoing support and expertise to Travelers throughout each assignment
      - Advise Travelers by aligning pay and assignments with their career goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced sales role
      - Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and goals
      - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general business applications
