      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Curate and administer sales enablement content and training within a Content Management System (CMS) and e-Learning Management System (LMS)
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain content organization, governance, and version control
      - Drive adoption and effective use of learning and enablement platforms through training and user support
      - Support the design and delivery of impactful sales and leadership training programs
      - Measure training effectiveness and refine programs for maximum impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in training design, enablement, or learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing, life science, or biopharma industry
      - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
      - Proven ability to challenge the status quo and enhance productivity

      - Experience designing and delivering engaging learning experiences grounded in Adult Learning Theory
      - Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and lead through influence
      - Knowledge of sales enablement trends, tools, and adult learning best practices
