      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Secure existing customers and develop new business by selling advanced engineering solutions
      - Manage a mix of existing accounts and new business targets, including RFQ registration and proposal development
      - Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with customer needs
      - Develop an annual business plan targeting companies and industries for business development initiatives
      - Conduct sales visits, quotation presentations, and maintain CRM updates to track progress and forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar customer-facing role within the industrial automation sector
      - Strong ability to build and maintain multi-level customer relationships
      - Proficiency in managing a territory effectively and executing business plans
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical solutions confidently
      - Ability to travel to Canada for training and as required for customer engagements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with industry regulations, sales methodologies, and buying cycles in the manufacturing sector
      - Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
      - Background in engineering or technical sales related to automation, robotics, or engineered solutions
