Sales Internship / Co-Op - Summer 2026
Sales Account Representative
Sales Manager
Deliver next-level customer service and support sales growth in accounts across all industries within your territory.
Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits providing business solutions from our world-class website and catalog stacked with 43,000+ quality products.
Take part in weekly sales staff meetings.
Full-time, 16-week internship / co-op open to 3rd and 4th-year Bachelor’s students, with potential for extension.
Professional communication and presentation skills.
Hardworking and enthusiastic with a “team player” attitude.
A reliable vehicle to make sales visits is essential.
Manage and grow customer accounts within your territory.
Run customer meetings providing business solutions to customers across all industries.
Provide legendary customer service with the help of our sales support team.
Bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
Communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Recruit, train, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 representatives.
Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.
Work with national sales and training managers to implement effective sales strategies and training procedures.
Monitor and analyze sales goals, identifying opportunities for improvements.
Bachelor's Degree.
10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management with strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Frequent travel within territory with occasional travel to Uline’s other North American locations.
