Job Description

- Welcoming clients and directing them to available sales advisors
- Managing customer flow and providing beverage service
- Supporting sales activities and assisting with product wrapping ceremonies
- Ensuring the sales floor is well organized and attractively presented
- Assisting with visual merchandising and the implementation of new collections
- Maintaining work tools in good order and replenishing supplies on the sales floor
- Assisting with stock management (daily merchandise deliveries, cycle counts)
- Stock optimization
- After-sales service support
- Preparation of client events and gifts
- Analysis related to boutique activity
- Attention to detail, adaptability, initiative, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
- French, English, and Dutch are spoken in the store.
- Saturday work required
- Internship performed in uniform while on the boutique floor
In the Chanel Boutique in Brussels, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the boutique and help deliver a high-quality customer experience
