      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the revenue number, including pipeline management, forecasting, and accountability for targets
      - Manage a team of sales representatives, coaching them on deal management and objection handling
      - Develop and implement sales playbooks for various sales motions (inbound, outbound, upsell)
      - Use data analytics to track performance and quickly identify areas for improvement
      - Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and oversee full-cycle deals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
      - 2+ years of experience in managing or coaching a sales team with success in developing junior reps
      - Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within B2B SaaS, fintech, or sectors serving real economy customers
      - Proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics, with experience using HubSpot
      - Familiarity with AI tools and automation as integral components of sales processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling to owner-operators, family businesses, or customers in American industries
      - Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services products
      - Experience with product-led growth strategies and sales-assist motions
