Job Description
- Req#: 45865
- Own and optimize the GTM platform stack (Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud, Seismic, Eloqua, Gainsight) to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Drive governance and efficiency through audits, process improvements, automation, and standardization of operational practices (e.g., SLAs).
- Lead and mentor the GTM systems team, fostering best practices in data compliance, security, and innovation.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology strategy, including evaluations, negotiations, and buy vs. build decisions.
- You have 10+ years of experience in GTM systems management or revenue technology, including 2+ years leading and mentoring teams.
- You are an expert in Salesforce CRM and integrated GTM tools like Seismic, Eloqua, and Gainsight, with a solid grasp of lead-to-cash workflows.
- You excel at leading complex projects, managing global stakeholders, and turning data-driven insights into measurable business impact.
- You thrive in a global, fast-paced environment, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, with strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- You are passionate about innovation and continuous learning, with exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and a drive to lead automation and digital transformation.
