What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data within CRM and integrated systems
- Support deal execution by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales documentation
- Ensure timely processing of sales orders, including accurate data entry for forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure compliance
- Implement operational and process improvements across departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in order entry, sales, or revenue operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Familiarity with sales processes and order fulfillment workflows
