      Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 / year

      • An ability to simplify things that may seem complex. A desire to create long lasting relationships and a knack for making friends with perfect strangers (our clients help the nation's best technologies get to the hands of the warfighter through government funding programs and contract opportunities). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

      • This role is FULLY REMOTE

      Your Schedule:
      • Full Time with Flexible Schedule (40hrs/Wk) + 25% travel for events/conferences

      Your Contribution to Long Capture:
      • Research: Find businesses, organizations, & individuals to target list
      • Outreach: Email, phone, virtual meetings, events, in person
      • Relationships: build and maintain long lasting clients
      • Prepare: Meeting agendas, briefs, & materials ahead of client interactions
      • Meetings: Conduct and support sales meetings to educate potential clients on services
      • Create: Proposals & Support Agreements for clients
      • CRM: log all activity and keep up to date
      • Events: manage setup/teardown and represent Long Capture


      Preferred Qualifications
      • 2-3 years in sales or client-facing roles
      • Familiarity with military organizational structure and culture
      • Experience selling or supporting sales in a professional services, consulting, or advisory environment
      • Familiarity with longer or more complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders


      Long Capture's Contribution to You:
      • $85k/yr + commission
        • Commission Yr1 $15k-$30k
