      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell Pelvic Health devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other medical staff
      - Partner with strategic implanting centers to enhance account/implanter practices
      - Provide product and therapy technical support and consultation for strategic management
      - Analyze trends and develop marketing and business plans for territory growth
      - Manage account-level reimbursement responsibilities and coordinate support activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of experience OR Associate's Degree AND 4+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in relevant fields
      - Proven experience in sales, clinical, or related areas within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
      - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory, including overnight travel
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the reimbursement climate and experience calling on physicians in related referral accounts
      - Experience in developing new and innovative markets
      - Familiarity with operating rooms (O.R.) and implantable devices
      - Strong business planning and territory financial analysis skills
      - Team-oriented mindset with consultative sales skills
