What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and product efficacy to support on-label prescribing
- Drive sales performance through effective relationship-building within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance product utilization in the primary care market
- Provide feedback and strategic input to sales leadership for territory planning and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
- Proven track record of high performance in a sales-focused role
- Strong understanding of the primary care market and healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Product launch experience is a plus
- Established relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM and Microsoft Teams
- Experience in marketing and commercial roles within the biotech/pharma industry
- Knowledge of financial processes and market access strategies
