- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and define requirements
- Translate business needs into a well-architected Salesforce solution, considering scalability, security, and maintainability
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and development methodologies
- Design Salesforce solutions tailored to the client's unique requirements
- Implement Salesforce solutions, including data migrations, integrations, and customizations
- Work with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and coach other employees to help them level up
- Provide technical support to system users
- Stay current on the latest Salesforce releases and features to ensure solutions remain relevant and effective
- College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce
- 5+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders to achieve results
- Proven ability to lead multiple client accounts with multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions for complex tech stacks
- Knowledge of Agentforce and Revenue Cloud impacts on the Salesforce ecosystem
- Expert understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
- Ability to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and continually expand skills

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect who will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This person will focus on implementing best-in-class sales and marketing systems and on helping our clients improve their business processes.
