What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications throughout the full development lifecycle
- Learn and apply new Salesforce features and communicate effectively with business owners and technical teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure high-quality solutions meet business requirements
- Support proof-of-concept efforts and establish technical vision for projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders for timely project delivery, ensuring strong communication and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States with physical residency for at least three of the past five years
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with five or more years of experience on the Salesforce Lightning platform
- Three or more years of experience with declarative development on Salesforce
- Proven experience with implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Knowledge of GIT and CI/CD
