  Key Responsibilities
  
  1. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
  
  • Design and implement scalable, robust Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise business goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain solution integrity across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Manufacturing etc.).
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and adherence to architectural best practices.
  
  2. Program-Level Architecture & Governance
  
  • Act as a Program Architect, optimizing the client's Salesforce investment and driving efficiency across the business.
  • Develop program-wide architecture frameworks, principles, and roadmaps ensuring scalability and future readiness.
  • Provide architectural oversight across simultaneous workstreams to maintain consistency with enterprise standards.
  • Evaluate feasibility, risks, and impacts of proposed solutions at a program level.
  
  3. Stakeholder Management & Advisory
  
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements, analyze "as-is" and "to-be" environments, and perform fit-gap assessments.
  • Advise on Salesforce product selection, licensing, integrations, and ecosystem strategy.
  
  4. Integration & Cross-Platform Enablement
  
  • Design and govern integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce architecture with enterprise architecture guidelines.
  
  5. Technical Mentorship & Enablement
  
  • Mentor Salesforce admins, developers, and functional consultants.
  • Support pre-sales activities: solution demos, proposals, technical assessments.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to end users and project teams.
  
  6. Documentation & Quality Assurance
  
  • Create and maintain detailed architectural and technical documentation, including Solution Architecture and Technical Design documents.
  • Review designs, code, and configurations to ensure adherence to best practices and program goals.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications
  
  Technical Expertise
  
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Manufacturing etc.)
    Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Integrations (APIs, Middleware)
    Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security models, and data governance.
  
  Architectural Capability
  
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
    Experience executing architectural governance across large programs.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps.
  
  Certifications (Preferred)
  
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
  • Salesforce Administrator + Platform Developer I
  • Additional specializations in domain architect areas (Data, Integration, Sharing & Visibility)
  
  Soft Skills
  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work in multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
