Work Schedule :
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin!
We are seeking a Scheduling Operations Analyst to:
• Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department.
• Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities and meets operational needs.
Education:
Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience:
Preferred - 1 year of experience with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance, 2 years or more of experience in ambulatory clinic operations
Required - 1 year of experience in ambulatory clinic operationsLicenses and Certifications:
Preferred - Epic Cadence Certification.
