      Position Overview

      We are seeking a Scientific Digital Marketing Associate with a background in life sciences, and strong technical and creative skills to lead and execute digital marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across global markets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and analytical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a degree and experience in life sciences or a related industry and a proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Digital Strategy & Execution
        • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
        • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels: SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
        • Oversee marketing automation workflows using Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot.
      • Website & Content Management
        • Maintain and update company website using WordPress; ensure SEO best practices are applied.
        • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging, scientifically accurate content for blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
        • Assist in layout and update of web pages when necessary.
      • Creative Development
        • Design and edit marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PlayPlay for video content creation and CapCut for video editing.
        • Produce short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital campaigns.
        • Assist in layout and update of print literature when necessary.
      • Analytics & Reporting
        • Monitor and measure KPIs and metrics, and report ROI
        • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
        • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
      • Social Media Management
        • Oversee social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
        • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
        • Increase followers and engagement.
        • Oversee daily social media accounts and content, engage with followers and monitor customer reviews and feedback.
        • Build relationships with followers and grow communities.
        • Research current trends, audience preferences, and competitors.
        • Share, generate, and edit engaging content daily.
      • Collaboration & Leadership
        • Work closely with sales, portfolio management, R&D teams, and within the marketing group to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
        • Manage external vendors and agencies as needed.

      Required Skills & Qualifications

      • Education:
        • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, (additional education or certifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is a plus).
      • Experience:
        • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in life sciences or B2B environment.
        • Proven experience managing SEO, SEM, and marketing automation platforms.
      • Technical Skills:
        • SEO/SEM best practices and tools.
        • Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot for CRM and automation.
        • WordPress for website management.
        • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut for design and video editing.
        • Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
      • Soft Skills:
        • Strong project management and organizational skills.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        • Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging content.
        • Creative thinker with analytical mindset.

      Preferred Skills

      • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead nurturing campaigns.
      • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor website edits.
      • Knowledge of data visualization tools for reporting.
