      Overview
      Our client, a Health Insurance firm, is seeking a Remote Scrum Master to support the Preference Management and Member Delegate Teams. The Scrum Master will manage small to large enterprise-level projects with moderate to high risk, interdependencies, and costs. This role ensures alignment with Healthfirst project management standards and Agile/Scrum best practices.

      Responsibilities
      • Organizes and leads the project team throughout the full project life cycle, ensuring accountability and structure across extensive release processes.
      • Partners with Preference Management and Member Delegate teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
      • Conducts project estimation sessions and challenges assumptions to ensure accuracy.
      • Creates and maintains detailed project plans in collaboration with EDS Lead/Service Program teams.
      • Manages project execution, resources, and coordination to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
      • Develops and manages required governance artifacts for medium to large projects.
      • Establishes and manages expectations and relationships with all stakeholders.
      • Oversees deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with timelines.
      • Applies project management principles and adapts methodologies as needed.
      • Reports status to Service Program Team/RTE and escalates risks.
      • Collaborates with RTE, Service Program, and Procurement to secure resources.
      • Ensures project objectives align with Healthfirst methodologies.
      • Supports release management activities.
      • Practices Servant Leadership across delivery teams.

      Qualifications
      • 5+ years' Experience as a Scrum Master.
      • Experience managing complex releases in Agile/Scrum.
      • Healthcare experience.
      • Knowledge of Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing.
      • Experience with system/application implementations or upgrades.
      • Experience leading teams and supporting organizational goals.

      Desired Skills
      • Preference Management or Member Delegate experience preferred.
      • SAFe experience is a plus.
