      Job Description

      Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard Concierge Part Time in Etobicoke, ON

      Position:Security Guard Concierge Part Time

      Location: Etobicoke, ON

      Payrate: $18.42 per hour

      Status: Part -Time

      Shift: Friday, Saturday | Swing shift (Various time) | 11PM - 11AM

      Overview:

      Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard Concierge Part Time to oversee one of our residential sites in Etobicoke, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, customer service skills, willing to work various shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

      Responsibilities:

      • Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
      • Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
      • Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
      • Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
      • Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
      • Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

      Requirements:

      • Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.
      • Proficiency in basic computer, customer service
      • Excellent written and oral communication
      • Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
      • Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
      • First Aid and CPR
      • High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
      • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
