      Security Guard - Hickman, AR

      LOCATION: Blytheville - Arkansas - USA

      DEPARTMENT: OTHERS

      Purpose

      Provide consistent coordination of contracted security services at the Hickman and North Campus facilities. The position strengthens security operations, enhances coordination with internal stakeholders, and ensures timely response to operational and emergency needs while maintaining compliance with company security standards.

      Main Responsibilities

      • Coordinates security operations across the Hickman facilities, providing continuous coverage and maintaining communication with the contracted security account manager.

      • Supports the activities of contracted security guards across shifts, including monitoring performance, addressing operational issues, and adherence to established security procedures.

      • Controls personnel, visitor, vehicle, and material access to the facility, including monitoring access control systems, gates, and surveillance equipment.

      • Responds to security incidents, emergencies, and irregular activities by securing affected areas, and completing required documentation.

      • Monitors site conditions to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities, takes preventive action, and escalates security concerns to Security Management or Site Management.

      • Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, adhering to all laws and regulations of the area of responsibility.

      • Protects from damage, theft or misuse of the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to the security team.

      • Completes necessary Tenaris training as required by the role.

      Required Knowledge & Experience

      • Associate’s degree preferred; military, law enforcement, or equivalent experience accepted.

      • Industrial/manufacturing security experience (yard, gate, patrol, monitoring).

      • 5+ years of experience leading security teams.

      • Basic computer skills and knowledge of access control and CCTV systems.

      • Ability to obtain required security licenses and hold a valid driver’s license.

      • Adaptable and dependable in changing situations.

      • Able to lead by example and enforce standards.

      • Physically able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
