Job Description

- Perform routine security checks on grounds, parking areas, and driveways.
- Ensure the facility and its equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
- Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to supervisor.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance task.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
- 2 years of security experience preferred.
- Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).
- First Aid and CPR preferred (can be done in-house).
