- Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, reporting, and coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as directed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas such as corridors, waiting areas, entrances, and parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access points by observing visitor flow, assisting with directions, and reporting suspicious activity and/or potential hazards according to post orders.
- Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations in written and/or electronic logs, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Description
As a Security Officer - Community Patrol in Warner Robins, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with staff, patients, and visitors, respond to concerns, and document activity while delivering customer service with professionalism.
