- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor alarm panels, surveillance systems, and communication channels, dispatching officers and/or notifying appropriate personnel based on established protocols.
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls, radio traffic, and service requests, documenting activity and maintaining accurate incident and shift logs.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating response actions and maintaining clear communication with on-site staff.
- Support regular and random patrol coverage by tracking officer status, routing assignments, and reporting issues to site leadership as needed.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Description
As a Security Officer - Dispatch Coordinator in KANSAS CITY, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will coordinate security-related responses, monitor alarms and access activity, and keep clear communication flowing between officers and site leadership. You will help to maintain a visible, professional presence, document incidents, and support routine patrol coverage and emergency notifications.
