- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification, managing guest access, issuing visitor passes and/or keys as directed, and directing individuals to the appropriate location.
- Monitor alarms, cameras, intercoms, and building access control systems, and document unusual activity according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite management and/or emergency services as needed.
- Complete written and/or electronic reports, including incident reports, shift activity logs, and access logs, and communicate relevant information to incoming personnel and property management.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
