What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Level I - III help desk support for Commercial Sales, Support, and Order Processing teams
- Assist with billing questions, service address updates, and Salesforce support requests
- Conduct functional user acceptance testing for commercial sales and order processing applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers in PAC meetings to support product rollouts and process improvements
- Maintain knowledge of TDS’s commercial products and services to enhance customer service quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
- 4+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing position
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership, lead, or mentor role
- 2+ years of analytical or financial experience
- Strong organizational skills with proven project management capabilities

- Understanding of the employer's commercial products and services
- Familiarity with customer service policies, processes, and procedures
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and the employer's organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
