What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of training materials for product adoption
- Monitor user data to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and support agile transformation initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- At least 5 years of agile leadership experience, preferably as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Strong knowledge of product development and agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Ability to travel up to 10%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe certifications
- Experience leading large-scale system implementations or conversions
- Background in supporting Underwriting, Insurance Product Launches, Policy Administration systems, or Data and Analytics
