What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop starter and accelerator kits to enable business teams to adopt agentic execution
- Design, create, and deploy agents that power coordinated execution systems
- Lead day-to-day product management across key workstreams in the agentic delivery workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the Growth Intelligence integration
- Measure success and communicate ROI and opportunities to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience building and deploying agents and agentic workflows for real-world applications
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders and navigate complex environments
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI/ML initiatives
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong data and analytics skills
- Strong technical foundation to partner with data scientists and engineers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and similar platforms
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with innovative problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in environments focused on AI-powered products or systems
