      What is the opportunity?

      As a Sr. analyst within Cash Management Toronto, you will perform within a Subject Matter Expert role and provide support to Manager and Sr. Management as needed. This will include the delivery of Operations services to internal and external stakeholders, in particular the day-to-day responsibilities, new business and project initiatives and act as a delegate for 2nd level escalations.

      What will you do?

      • Creation of Nostro Projection on MILVUS for North American Currencies such as CAD, USD, MXN along with ILS, and the creation of DBA and credit limit monitoring reports.

      • Provide superior client experience and strengthens relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

      • Identify process improvement/reengineering opportunities – through streamlining, simplification, elimination of redundancies, improved capacity utilization, automation and outsourcing standardization.

      • Maintaining Daily Operating Procedures by updating changes in a timely manner and adhering to the procedures to ensure reasonable accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes to avoid errors and incurring opportunity costs.

      • Proactive response to funding requests raised by KL Transaction Management Team or other internal teams to take accountability in addressing items raised.

      • Continuous Monitoring of ICMP Controls are completed in time and reviewed by Supervisor / Management for Sample testing

      • Daily monitoring of Task Dashboard and Wolverine Tool to ensure timely completion of Funding, Forecasting and Reconciliation and address issues in a timely manner.

      • Monitor LONREC reports and provide updates to the Sr. Management.

      What do you need to succeed?

      Must-have

      • Minimum 2 years related Treasury & Market Service Operations experience. Solid knowledge of Cash Management especially with Nostro funding, Forecasting and reconciliation work.

      • Ability to work under pressure and deliver stellar results.

      • Strong change leader with ability to influence and gain employee commitment.

      • Experience interacting with senior management, vendors and external counterparties.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, demonstrating superior problem solving and critical thinking skills and multitasking

      Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

      Pay Range

      The expected pay range for this position is:

      $55,000.00 - $90,000.00
