      At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

      Those in compensation at PwC will focus on developing, implementing, and administering various aspects of compensation, aligned to existing compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will play a crucial role in maintaining fair and competitive compensation practices within the organisation.

      • Conduct daily payroll operations including data recording, payroll calculations, and payroll payment processing for all employees and expatriates.
      • Prepare detailed payroll reports for review by the Payroll Manager and Senior Manager.
      • Liaise with Finance and other related departments to validate and reconcile compensation transactions.
      • Ensure accurate calculation and deduction of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan components.
      • Validate employee eligibility, wage bases, and contribution rates as per government regulations.
      • Reconcile monthly BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions with Finance and ensure timely submission and payment.
      • Review, evaluate, and continuously improve payroll related process to enhance efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness.
      • Support audits or data requests related to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan compliance

      Requirements :

      • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Fiscal Administration, Finance, or related fields.
      • At least 3 years of experience in payroll, tax, and statutory contribution administration.
      • Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, including PPh 21/26, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BPJS Kesehatan.
      • Experience with payroll information systems and HRIS (e.g., Workday, payroll systems).
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced data processing skills.
      • High attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and multitasking capabilities.
      • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with profesionalism and integrity.
