- Temporary full-time up to November 2026 (backfill for Maternity Leave)
- Clerk grade 9/10 - $129,464 to $142,665 base salary per annum + superannuation and annual leave loading
- Bathurst or Sydney CBD location
- Collect, collate and analyse data from diverse sources.
- Work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand, elicit and document requirements to complex business problems.
- Contribute to the development of EPICs, user stories, test plans and associated project documentation.
- Assist with the coordination and facilitation of working groups or project teams to achieve business outcomes.
- Review and analyse IT services, processes and information needs to ensure continuity of critical business functions.
- Be highly adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
- Be able to identify, analyse and document business processes, technical functions and user stories.
- Effectively manage high‑volume workloads and competing priorities while ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.
- Work independently with minimal oversight.
- Act as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and/or have significant practical experience (highly desirable).

About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will identify, analyse and document business processes, systems and functional requirements to support project activities.
You will contribute to the development or enhancement of complex IT systems that enable efficient business operations and align with organisational strategies and operational plans.

About Spatial Services
Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service, is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales.
Spatial Services’ integrated framework connects the people of NSW with a comprehensive package of land and property services, including property information, surveying and mapping.
We provide land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations across NSW, Australia and internationally.
