What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle of Medicaid provider enrollment data and maintain records of processed items
- Conduct analysis on provider data to identify and remediate errors and trends
- Collaborate with business partners to design and perform reporting and analysis of provider data
- Lead the design and implementation of continuous improvements to data load and maintenance processes
- Assist team members in leveraging technology to enhance workflows and data accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience with data transfer between multiple formats including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of relational databases and table structure
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Access, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven ability to analyze root causes and identify effective solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint as data sharing platforms
- Knowledge of provider demographic data related to Medicaid requirements
- Familiarity with employer systems (OHBS Facets, NDB, CSP Facets) and pricing configurations
