- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in Qlik Sense and Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Proven experience in managing BI projects and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level BI solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Qlik Sense and Tableau, a strong understanding of data architecture, and a proven track record of leading BI initiatives that deliver actionable insights and business value.
- Lead end-to-end BI project delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and Tableau.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across BI platforms.
- Drive data governance and best practices in visualization and reporting.
- Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to integrate BI tools with data pipelines.
- Monitor BI performance and optimize dashboards for speed and usability.
- Stay current with BI trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the BI ecosystem.
- Experience in the financial services or healthcare domain.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Exposure to other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
- Certification in Qlik or Tableau is desirable.
