What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support, enhance, and implement software applications within the organization
- Oversee and direct intermediate scale projects or components of large-scale projects
- Collaborate with customers, end-users, and IT personnel to align technology with operational processes
- Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs while developing detailed test cases
- Work alongside developers to provide solutions and cost/time estimates for fixes and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Technical, Education, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology (Required)
- 4 years of relevant experience (Required)
- Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Experience with pricing configuration in NetworX Pricer for Commercial plans
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS (Preferred)

- Experience with QNXT or Facets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in software application development
