  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Utilize Azure AI Services to build and optimize OpenAI solutions while advocating for their strategic use
  - Develop and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Semantic Kernel and other AI services
  - Craft and evaluate efficient prompt engineering solutions for Azure OpenAI models
  - Serve as a technical lead on projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
  - Mentor junior consultants and engineers through knowledge sharing and training
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field
  - 5 years of professional experience in AI solution development, preferably in a consulting environment
  - Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders at all levels
  - Proficient in developing advanced AI solutions using Azure Cognitive Search and integrating it with OpenAI
  - Expertise in Python programming and prompt engineering, with hands-on experience in Azure ML
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Vector Databases, Microsoft AI Builder, and familiarity with Azure Bot Services
  - Knowledge of building and deploying bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  - Experience developing solutions with Azure AI Services including Decision, Languages, Speech, Vision, and Document Intelligence
  - Familiarity with Data Science tools and techniques (R, Python, algorithms) and Azure Machine Learning
