      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, manage, and structure employee benefit and wellness programs aligned with business objectives
      - Analyze existing and proposed benefit processes to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
      - Lead projects related to benefits and wellness, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
      - Monitor financial performance of benefits and wellness programs to ensure alignment with organizational values
      - Provide consulting and training services to business leaders on benefit and wellness program effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
      - Approximately three years of experience in HR or a related field
      - Strong knowledge of employee benefits and wellness strategies
      - Experience in managing projects and collaborating with diverse teams
      - Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve benefit programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday or similar HR management systems
      - Familiarity with benefits benchmarking and trends analysis
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
      - Proven ability to drive change and enhance associate engagement through feedback mechanisms
