What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary immigration counsel for North America, addressing all immigration-related inquiries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement immigration strategies and solutions
- Monitor compliance with immigration laws and regulations, enhancing internal practices
- Manage relationships with external counsel on immigration investigations and claims
- Serve as the subject matter expert on North America immigration matters for the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris doctorate degree and a member in good standing with the applicable state bar
- Minimum of 8 years of dedicated immigration law experience in a law firm and/or in-house position
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. business and employment visa-related immigration laws
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail

- Experience advising stakeholders on immigration and employment law compliance
- In-house experience with global organizations managing significant U.S.-inbound visa volume
