      Fabletics is currently looking for a (Senior) CRM Manager.

      TechStyle launched Fabletics with Kate Hudson after they saw a gap in the activewear marketplace: there were plenty of luxury brands, but none that offered stylish and high-quality gear at an accessible price point.

      With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for a (Senior) CRM Manager for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Berlin office.

      How Do You Fit In?

      As the (Senior) CRM Manager for Fabletics Europe, you will be responsible for driving traffic & revenue for the business by increasing engagement across email & mobile channels; driving content, creative, segmentation and testing needs for CRM channels; and guiding the team in flawlessly executing marketing communication across European markets. The right candidate will be creative, yet detail oriented; passionate about driving and optimizing results; with a background in email and mobile marketing; data driven and possessing strong analytical and creative skills.

      This position reports to the Head of CRM.

      Responsibilities:

      • Support defining customer segments for contact strategy

      • Plot email, Whatsapp, & push content calendar and manage ongoing updates

      • Clearly brief creative team on marketing direction for assets

      • Develop ongoing A/B testing pipeline, report/analyze performance and present key take-aways and next steps

      • Support reporting on overall campaign performance by segment and email type.

      • Optimize lifecycle & customer journeys to reduce attrition and increase LTV

      • Effectively manage creative assets due dates.

      • Project manage CRM designer workload

      • Assure content quality

      • Support ad-hoc projects as needed

      • Manage user experience/funnel from email to site and app

      Required Skills:

      • 3-5 years of experience in Email Marketing/CRM

      • Solid understanding of email fundamentals (GDPR compliance, deliverability, A/B split testing, etc.) and KPIs

      • Creative and analytical mindset

      • Email reporting experience; knowledge of email metrics and able to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights

      • Experience with email coding (understand email coding best practices, strong knowledge of html is a plus), as well as personalization and dynamic content coding

      • Experience with segmentation and targeting

      • Self-motivated and takes initiative; must be able to work independently

      • Organized and detail-oriented is a must!

      • Experience with cross-functional project management

      • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

      • Excellent grammar, communication and interpersonal skills
