- Developing self-serve reporting tools in Tableau for business partners

- Answering ad hoc questions
- Leveraging your curiosity, domain area knowledge, and initiative to proactively identify
- opportunities for analysis
- Synthesizing, summarizing, and presenting insights to a variety of decision-makers, from
- C-level executives to clinical and operational field staff
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand data needs, and provide valuable insights.
- 3-5 years in an analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or a related area.
- Proven experience in data analysis and dashboard development using Tableau (or a similar BI tool)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Obsessive attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Curiosity, initiative, and flexibility
- Tableau Desktop and Server certifications
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning concepts
Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst at Groups Recover Together, you will be responsible for performing and communicating data analysis and developing interactive Tableau dashboards and reports. You will work closely with our data analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create user-friendly dashboards that provide actionable insights from our data.
Salary: $70,000 - $115,000
