- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify high‑impact opportunities for AI/ML, agentic automation, process optimization, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Foster alignment and adoption.
- Extract, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Assess data quality, resolve inconsistencies, and perform imputations to ensure robust inputs for models and agents.
- Develop statistical models and solutions using NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and agent frameworks.
- Deploy scalable, interpretable models and AI agents into production environments.
- Design and coordinate multiple AI agents to collaborate across business processes and multi‑step tasks.
- Evaluate and improve agent/model reliability, effectiveness, and alignment with evolving business objectives.
- Partner with data engineering to enhance data pipeline robustness and automate preprocessing workflows, enabling seamless integration with AI frameworks.
- Apply best practices to ensure data and model assets are well‑documented, reproducible, and properly versioned.
- Track emerging paradigms and frameworks, evolving toward advanced autonomous reasoning and multi‑agent systems.
- Support team learning and best practice adoption by sharing insights, mentoring, and contributing to collaborative problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics required; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- 7+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI roles, with a track record of delivering production-ready solutions.
- Strong experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and data normalization techniques.
- Skilled in parsing, transforming, preparing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for analysis, modeling, and agent-based workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (including pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift for processing and analytics.
- Experience with ML lifecycle tools and platforms for model tracking, deployment, and automation (e.g. MLflow, DataRobot).
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and development tools (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft AI Foundry) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Construction industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision, while adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
Compensation Range:
