      Stamats is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead our large-scale digital web projects. We seek a professional who truly understands the higher education and healthcare sectors and brings a sense of "Woo" to every status call. You'll serve as a true client partner, supported by a high-performing digital and strategy team dedicated to excellence. You are someone who stays solutions-focused while mastering the technicalities of project status and risk diagnosis. By creating thoughtful, clear project plans, you'll ensure every stakeholder is aligned. Your ultimate goal is to uphold Stamats' reputation for exceptional delivery while nurturing client relationships that naturally lead to account growth and expansion.

      The Role

      You aren't just a taskmaster; you are a consultant and a bridge between our talented strategy team and our clients. You will manage large-scale web projects from discovery to launch, ensuring every milestone is achieved with quality and profitability.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Strategic Oversight: Own the project lifecycle-defining plans, schedules, and work breakdowns while actively managing scope and budgets.
      • Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact, leading status calls and nurturing long-term relationships to identify growth opportunities.
      • Team Leadership: Clear the path for our digital and strategy teams, assigning work and ensuring everyone has the resources to succeed.
      • Risk Mitigation: Proactively diagnose risks, deliver difficult news with a solution-oriented mindset, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate.
      • Financial Coordination: Partner with accounting to ensure client billing is accurate and on schedule.

      Requirements

      • Experienced: 10+ years of project/client management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Digital Communications.
      • Industry Savvy: Direct experience in Healthcare or Higher Education is a major plus.
      • Organized: You are a "list person" by nature. You thrive in the details, and nothing drops on your watch.
      • Agile: You think in an agile framework and can pivot quickly when deadlines shift.
      • Communicator: You have exceptional presentation skills-people truly enjoy listening to you and trust your expertise.
      Technical & Professional Skills
      • Tools:Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management software (experience with Basecamp is a plus).
      • Platforms:Hands-on experience working within Content Management Systems (CMS).
      • Analytics:Familiarity with Google Analytics is a significant advantage.
      • Education:Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
