What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and inspire a team across the Americas, ensuring sales targets are met through new business and expansion
- Define and execute the AMER regional strategy in alignment with Autodesk’s global priorities
- Manage sales forecasting accuracy and conduct regular pipeline reviews
- Build strategic relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, articulating the value of Autodesk solutions
- Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and psychological safety within the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 10+ years leading high-performing sales teams in a mid-market B2B environment
- Experience managing sales teams across multiple geographies
- High proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies and demonstrated success in complex deal negotiation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Leadership experience spanning both North and South America
- Background in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owners (AECO) industry
- Experience in business model or go-to-market transformation
