What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategies for growing existing accounts and upselling new products
- Oversee a large portfolio of clients, managing relationships from implementation to account management
- Build trust with clients, identifying challenges and developing proactive solutions
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to optimize the client experience
- Manage a team of 2-4 individuals, fostering a high-performance culture within the client success team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in client success functions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling clients from $50K ARR to $250K+ ARR
- Strong understanding of digital health, clinical workflows, EMR integrations, and billing/reimbursement systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated customer focus with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
