**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for assigned hotels
- Provide guidance for annual PR, digital marketing, and social media planning
- Conduct regular meetings with property teams to evaluate PR performance and audience engagement
- Create innovative publicity programs to enhance the hotel's visibility and perception
- Lead the development and execution of the annual PR plan as part of the overall marketing strategy
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Minimum of five years of experience in a Public Relations capacity with a relevant organization
- A university degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Advanced media relations experience
- Knowledge of graphic arts production methods and collateral
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in a multi-property role or marketing/PR agency leadership role
- Basic knowledge of journalism and broadcast production methods
- Proactive in identifying gaps and opportunities in PR strategies
