      • Salary: $126,962.96 - $215,837.03 per year
      • Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

      What You Will Do

      • Provide strategic financial leadership for national programs including Lab, Biomedical Engineering, and Pharmacy, driving performance and long range planning through robust financial management.
      • Collaborate with national business partners to identify and implement cost saving efficiencies and process improvements, including system upgrades and implementations.
      • Direct the development of shared services market budgets, ensuring total transparency and alignment with national initiative tracking and forecasting.
      • Offer expert financial oversight for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestiture activity, bringing specialized due diligence and implementation support to the shared services sector.
      • Lead a high functioning finance team dedicated to supporting capital refresh programs and delivering service oriented results that address ongoing operational challenges.

      What You Will Need

      Education:

      • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.

      Additional Preferences

      • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field with extensive experience in healthcare finance and advanced financial modeling.
      • Deep expertise in budgeting and financial reporting with a specialized ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic business recommendations.
      • Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships with operational leaders through transparent communication, executive presentation skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
