      Job Description

      This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

      • Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, debugs, tests and documents programming to satisfy business requirements for both small requests and large complex projects.
      • Define work and provide status updates by task in Planner Office 365 tool daily.
      • Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies. Including audit controls and documentation.
      • Assist in third level support of applications or processes once delivered into Production.
      • Provide development estimates as needed and add to Office 365 Planner Task.
      • Use test driven development to deliver products to client/internal requirements.
      • Write technical specifications and unit test plans as necessary; conduct and assist in unit and integration testing.
      • Conduct unit, load, performance, and integration testing as required.
      • Provides guidance and leadership to team members with less experience and knowledge.
      • Coordinates with other work streams, projects, and initiatives which may impact successful completion of a deliverable.
      • Must be available during non-business hours for critical technical support
      • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related field
      • At least 5+ years of experience developing and supporting EDI processes
      • Experience with relational database, Oracle, SQL Server, Azure SQL Server Databases
      • Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, SQL Plus, SQL *Loader, Transact-SQL, SSIS and code performance tuning
      • Strong working knowledge of EDI procedures and setups
      • Experience with Window batch scripting, Unix shell scripting
      • Experience with .NET framework and C# development using MS visual studio
      • Person should be able to function independently regarding coding concepts and best practices
      • Demonstrated interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a team environment and communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholder groups.
      • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to handle multiple planned and unplanned efforts, roles, and responsibilities.
      • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • ITIL Training and/or experience a plus.
      • Experience using ServiceNow for Incident Management a plus.
      • Experience with API a plus
      • Experience with Toad, MS Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio a plus
      • Experience with JSON and developing REST services a plus.
      • Experience with MS Power Platform and MS Planner a plus.
      • Workers Compensation Insurance or Healthcare experience and knowledge a plus.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $98,750 - $120,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
