      Join CGH's Office of Risk Management and kickstart your career in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in healthcare risk management and strategic projects within Singapore's public healthcare sector.

      Responsibilities:

      • Support enterprise risk management projects, including strategic and corporate projects such as ERM framework development, implementation for AI and digitalisation, crisis management and hospital remodelling.
      • Conduct risk assessments and research to support evidence-based decision making
      • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies
      • Perform documentation and reporting for key risk management initiatives
      • Support the planning and execution of risk management training and workshops
      • Assist in planning and monitoring for risk management projects
      • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
      • Entry level graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of working experience
      • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
      • Experience with data analysis tools is a plus
      • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams
      • Strong organisational and time management skills
      • Keen interest in healthcare and risk management
      • Proactive learning attitude and adaptability
